Fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount (which is considered deposit) is required to secure your reservation for our rental items. Deposits are nonrefundable regardless of the reason of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event.

We will try our best to work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations. However, all payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason.
